Kedron SHS - Block L (Science Rooms) Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Block L (Science Rooms) Refurbishment at Kedron State High School, located at 4 Park Road, Wooloowin Qld 4030 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The building contains 4 labs, 4 prep areas and amenities as apart of the refurbishment works. The position of the building is at the back of the school. All works are to be completed by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
