Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new lift shaft and installation of the lift at Sandgate District State High School, located at 41 Braun St, Deagon QLD 4017 as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.
The new lift is a two-stop lift and includes construction of the shaft, associated covered landings and builders works. All construction works are to be completed by January 2019, with the lift to be installed over the Term 1 school holidays.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
