Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new two level passenger lift to Block B and some associated updagrade works at Gladstone State High School, located at 30 Dawson Road, Gladstone 4680 as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.


The works include the construction of a new lift and lift shaft with roof, link connection back to the existing building, electrical and communications for the new lift and some upgrade works to the existing administration and hospitality facilities at Gladstone SHS. All works are to be completed by 30 September 2020.


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
