The construction of four (4) single-storey modular dwellings and associated siteworks at Cenduna, South Australia for the South Australian Housing Trust as retained public housing rental dwellings, with a contract period of up to 24 months; and with no prescribed variations to the contract other than variations that arise during construction for agreement by the SAHT representative as ‘Extensions of Time’ according to contract terms.
