Ferny Grove State High School Art Blocks Refurbishment With Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of refurbishment of existing GLA Blocks F and J at Ferny Grove State High School, located at 26 McGinn Rd, Ferny Grove QLD 4055.

Works include but are not limited to:

Block F:

• Staffroom refurbishment including a new kitchenette

Block J:

• Refurbisment of existing GLAs into new art rooms
• Reconfiguration of existing storerooms into a Dark Room

All works are to be completed by 15 January 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
