Noosa District State High School Administration Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new Administration Block at the Noosa District State High School, located 120 Summit Road, Pomona QLD 4568.

The new building is an undercroft infill to a portion of the existing Block J. The works comprise of New Corporate Services Office, Resource Store / Reprographics, Secure Store, Principal Office, Deputy Principal Office, Business Manager Office, Student and Visitor Waiting Area, Conference Room, Staffroom and Kitchenette, Multi Interview Room, Visiting Office, Casualty Room, PWD Amenities, Male and Female Staff Amenities and Cleaners Store.

The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
