QED100674 iStudent Solution

The Queensland Department of Education (DoE) is committed to achieving excellence in procurement outcomes across Queensland.

Opportunities for suppliers will be optimised, in accordance with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2019 (QPP).

Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. QED-100674 for the provision of iStudent Solution as specified in the ITO Part B - Contract Details document.

The Conceptual Architecture for iStudent has taken a modular approach to providing the required functionality, with a combination of new and existing modules (existing enterprise applications).

Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for either the External Portal or Admin Portal + Homestay Solutions or indeed both.

The new modules that require implementation include: 

~~• External Portal (part A)
An external facing portal that can be used by agents, students (prospective and current), homestay providers, parents and teachers to submit applications, provide supporting documentation and manage their application. 

~~• Admin Portal + Homestay (part B)
Used by DEi staff to manage student applications, enrolments, agents, schools and homestay providers, including finance and reporting capabilities.
