Description

Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (Principal), acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) to submit an offer for Invitation To Offer (ITO) number ICTSS.1802. The purpose of this ITO is to identify Suppliers who are capable of providing services to small entities of the Principal in the areas of financial transactions, payroll processing and associated reporting. The scope of entities is in the range of 1 to 500 FTE and the Corporate Services Software (CSS) should encompass cloud based solutions.

DHPW intends to establish and manage a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) panel on behalf of the Principal for use by all Eligible Customers through this ITO process. DHPW may appoint one or more or no Suppliers to the SOA panel which will be influenced by the number and quality of offers received and expected demand. The minimum contract term for this SOA panel will be three (3) years. The SOA will be available to Eligible Customers which may place a SOA Customer Contract for the purchase of products and/or services.

This being a Standing Offer Arrangement, there is no commitment by the Principal to enter into a contract with any supplier.
