Description
TransLink is investigating the possible integration of Moreton Bay Islands[MBI] ferry services into the TransLink Network. A comprehensive investigation is required (the purpose of this project) to provide detailed examination of possible options, risks and costs associated with network integration. TransLink is seeking the services of a highly skilled and experienced contractor to undertake research and analysis culminating in financial modelling for an investigation of MBI ferry services. A written report will detail the possible integration models associated with MBI ferry services into the TransLink Network and will consider the associated risks and costs.
