Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Facade Capping Remediation and Rectification Works at the Perth Cultural Centre Carpark (PCCC).
This scope of works is part of tender documentation for the removal of the precast concrete cladding units, and includes the remedial works required on the primary concrete structure along the top level of the PCCC and the foot link-bridge connecting the Perth Railway Station to the PCCC.
