Provision of Employment Screening for DFES

The Department of Fire and Emergency (DFES) undertakes pre-employment screening for all employees and volunteers in accordance with its Criminal History Check (CHC) policy, prior to commencing with DFES. DFES is seeking to source a cost effective external authorised and qualified service provider who will supply: A single integrated CHC process where volunteers can be directed to a service to supply the volunteer and DFES with a ‘DFES’ specific volunteer National Police Certificate (NPC) at DFES’ expense; anda single integrated CHC process where a current employees can be directed to a service to supply the current employee and DFES with a ‘DFES’ specific employee NPC, at DFES’ expense.
