Inspection and Maintenance of Bellevue Track Infrastructure

The new Bellevue Depot is designed to support the medium to long-term operations of the Fremantle, Midland, Airport, Ellenbrook, and Armadale/Thornlie Lines. The functions of the Bellevue Depot will evolve as it matures, transitioning from the assembly of C-series Railcars to the provision of routine maintenance for Diesel Railcars, maintenance of the B-series Railcars, and the overhaul of all PTA rolling stock assets. However, it is important to note that the maintenance areas of the Depot are not expected to become fully operational until late 2026. The Contractor is to define the scope for general track maintenance and must have the proven capability, accreditation, and experience to deliver the works to relevant Australian Standards and PTA requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: Submission of Contract documentation and deliverables including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Safety Management Plans as required by the PTA.Allowance for relevant approvals, authorisations & permits.Monthly inspection and maintenance of 9 Turnouts at Bellevue
