The successful provider will support the HealthSupply Program team during the Go-To-Market phase by delivering the following services: Provide specialist 3PL expertise in warehousing, distribution, and network design to inform procurement and evaluation processes; Develop and validate commercial and technical requirements to align with HealthSupply Program objectives; Deliver independent assurance services to identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring solution integrity and readiness; Offer advisory support on global supply chain innovations and best practice models to inform strategy and execution; Assist in the development of integration strategies across ERP, WMS, TMS, and other critical platforms to ensure seamless operational alignment; Contribute to evaluation frameworks and negotiation strategies to secure a high-performing 3PL partner; Support the development of implementation roadmaps that reflect future capacity, sustainability, and resilience needs.
