Description
The Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing (NPRSR) is inviting offer from suitably qualified suppliers for the fabrication, supply and installation of a storage shed / building at “Oceanview” Base, Environmental Management Precinct, Curtis Island.
The Successful Offeror will be required to undertake the following scope of works:
- To undertake the role of Principle Contractor for the project
- Complete the construction of the storage facility in accordance with the plans and documentation, including building, carpentry works, painting and electrical fit-out as specified.
- Liaise with building certifier to successful completion of final inspection.
- Liaise with QPWS project manager for successful completion of work.
- Safety management of the works.
- All works are to be carried out with minimal disruption to the public.
