Replacement contract with Vocus for the provision of network services outlined below. 1) Enterprise Internet and Enterprise Internet DDOS Protect for an initial term of 36 months (three years) with products anticipated to be required for up to 60 months (5 years). 2) Metro Ethernet which will only be required for 12 months. As per Customer service requirements (intentions).
