HealthConsult Pty Ltd has been procured to conduct a review of the End of Life and Palliative Care Framework (2019 – 2024) and draft the next iteration for release. The service provider will deliver: • project plan • final environmental scan report • high-level environmental scan findings report • stakeholder consultation guide • summary consultation and recommendations report • draft program logic • first draft of the EOLPC framework, including a revised program logic • second draft of the EOLPC Framework • draft final version of the EOLPC Framework • final version of the EOLPC Framework • implementation roadmap (xii) project close report
