The Mall, Appian Way and North Terrace Stormwater Upgrade - T11-24

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the main construction works associated with the upgrade of stormwater drainage from North Terrace through to the Appian Way intersection with the Mall. To deliver the upgrades Contractors will need to be Sydney Water listed Constructors for Major Works: https://www.sydneywater.com.au/plumbing-building-developing/provider-information/listed-providers/constructors-major-works.html. Contractors without a listing can nominate an accredited Subcontractor to undertake the Sydney Water work on their behalf, if preferred. Contract Works are to be undertaken in accordance with any applicable Australian standards, codes and specifications. Tenderers are to refer to the drawings and Works Services Brief, which are separately attached to this document. A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request and the Works Brief.
