Description of the goods and services to be provided
The Cost Manager scope of works include but not limited to: • Interface and integration with the other members of the Project Team during the design development and documentation, delivery and commissioning of the Project while actively managing the Project Budget and monitoring Project Cashflow • Assist the Principal’s Authorised Person in maintaining the Principal’s programme management system (T-Reign) for the Project • Cost plan reporting • Cost advice including cost estimates • Advice cost contingencies • Make assessments and recommendation on variations, claims and all contractual payments • Risk Management. Advise contractual and commercial cost risks • Provide monthly cash flow and full life cycle costs from Phases 3 - 9
