Description
The works shall consist of the associated construction works for the refreshment of student and staff toilets at Collie Senior High School, Wittenoom Street, Collie.
The work shall be carried out in strict conformity with the Drawings, the requirements of the Specification and to the approval of the Superintendent.
The contractor is to allow for works to be staged as the premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract.
The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants and provide a programme of works of how works will be achieved.
