Description
The scope of works of this project involves the refurbishment of an existing laboratory and the site fire pump house at DSTG Fishermans Bend. The works include, but are not limited to, internal refurbishments, civil works, recertification of current laboratory rooms, upgrades to lift cars, installation of roller doors, electrical and lighting works, decommissioning, disposal and replacement of Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) plant, and replacement of fire pump house equipment.
