Block D Refurbishment
The works comprise:
The removal of roof sheeting, skylights, ridge vents and insulation, localised removal of brickwork fixtures and fittings, roller shutters and structural steel cross braces;
Execution and completion of the internal fitout and installation of services to block D ;
and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
