Oncology Treatment Services to Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) Medical Oncology Services - MLHD_2311069

MLHD would like to identify and award to a Provider that supports our aim to provide equitable access to cancer treatment for eligible patients residing within MLHD coverage area, and supporting 100% bulk billed outpatient Medical and Radiation oncology treatment for eligible patients. MLHD is seeking a service provider who can provide the bulk billed Radiation and Medical Oncology services for the Wagga Wagga Region; face-to-face; to ensure continuity of care for clients requiring Radiation and / or Medical Oncology services, and supervise and facilitate treatments, consultations and multidisciplinary team (MDT) presentations locally. The following Medical Oncology and Radiotherapy services will be tendered, including: • Intravenous chemotherapy provided to clients on-site; • Radiotherapy services provided to clients on-site; • Face to face Medical Oncology consultation clinics for clients as clinically indicated; • Remote virtual Medical Oncology consultation clinics utilising telehealth as clinically indicated; • Availability for staff to participate in clinical case conferencing including MDT meetings; • Availability of MOSAIQ – MLHD’s Oncology Medical Information System for MLHD based Medical Oncology units (Griffith, Young, and Deniliquin).
