LYELL MCEWIN HEALTH SERVICE (LMHS) – TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION AND ENABLING WORKS

The work comprises construction of temporary accommodation and enabling work, including internal alterations to Aboriginal Health, Nursing Administration, Risk Management, Human Resources and Linen and Mortuary departments and the supply and erection of new external covered walkways and sheds for waste management and general storage. The work includes all mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services infrastructure upgrade required to accommodate the load created by the new facilities and future transportable buildings. Minor civil works associated with the above works and the provision of temporary carparking is also included. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
