Description
The Authority is seeking tenderers to submit a response to the requirements detailed below for the provision of managed IT services. The Authority currently employs around 30 people and provides 1st, 2nd and some 3rd level support for ICT related services in-house. The Authority is seeking to engage a supplier who can provide a range of managed IT services that cannot be provided in house, such as server, desktop, printer and network administration and monitoring, technical helpdesk support and other ad-hoc technical support as required.
