Provision of International and National Freight Services.

The outcome that IP Australia is seeking from this RFT is a Service Provider that can provide an international and national freight courier services that meets IP Australia business requirement.Whilst providing value for money in conjunction with the services offered or to be performed.

This service will comprise of:

·pick ups and delivery of international mail and freight. The proposed service would have a morning delivery to IP Australia and pick up service from IP Australia in the afternoon;

·a tracking requirement in order for IP Australia to track individual consignments using the internet;

·The service requirement that provides the ability to import freight or documents from overseas and bill against our account number for payment in the normal course of events.IP Australia will use the existing global account to meet all import requirements, with pricing billed in Australian Dollars, at negotiated rates;

·an adhoc national freight courier service with to various addresses around Australia; and

·an ability to provide billing invoices and periodical reports to IP Australia in electronic format in the timeframe specified by IP Australia.
