Description

The Department of Health and Ageing is seeking Expressions Of Interest (EOI) from capable and experienced organisations to provide office accommodation in the Woden Town Centre precinct for its long-term Central Office requirements.

The department requires approximately 30,000m2 of A grade office accommodation to be built within close proximity of Scarborough House, to be ready for occupation by June 2009. The department is seeking an innovative solution and to work collaboratively to meet its requirements.
