Western Australia Police - 144 Stirling St, Perth - Interior Office Fitout works to Ground, First and Second floors Site Visit: A mandatory site inspection and / or tender briefing will be held on site Thursday 6 October 2016 at 10am. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact: Parry and Rosenthal Architects (Michelle Chew) at [email hidden]. All contractors who are performing the inspection are to provide names, dates of birth and company names for screening prior to attendance. Western Australia Police will advise if any contractors are not approved to visit the site. These details will need to be provided at least 3 business days prior to the nominated site visit date and time. Failure to attend the tender briefing will result in the tenderer being ineligible for further consideration. A register of attendees will be maintained for the mandatory site inspection and tender briefing. The legal entity tendering must be specifically registered on the register of attendees in order for an offer to be considered valid from that entity. When visiting the site, tenderers and all of their representatives shall meet the Architect, BMW project manager and WAPOL representative in the front waiting area in front of the Hatch logo.
