Description

Queensland Rail Limited (Queensland Rail) has a requirement to undertake a major upgrade of Alderley Station, including a new station building, new footbridge with associated lifts and stairs, upgrade and extension of the platforms and additional shelters. Queensland Rail is interested in offers from companies which are innovative in its approach to architectural works, understand the operation rail environment and which fully supports Queensland Rail’s customer–focused approach.

Tenders are invited from architects capable of carrying out the design of Alderley station. Works comprise the following: -
• Prepare a Preliminary Design, Specification and Schedule of Finishes for the Alderley station and precinct
• Preliminary cost estimate for the prepared design
• Preparation of Tender Drawings and Specifications
• Construction stage services including, Building Plan Certification, RFIs and Construction Works Certification
• Prepared of As-Constructed documentation
