Crystal Report Development Services will be delivered approximately two days per week (seven hours per day) by the same dedicated professional, committed to the engagement from 1 December 2025 for an initial term of one year. Subject to performance review, there will be an option to extend the engagement for an additional year at one day per week, followed by a further one-year extension at one day per week, concluding on 30 November 2028. Services will be provided in line with agile delivery practices and in coordination with the business systems team. Specific tasks include: Modification of existing Crystal ReportsDevelopment of new ad hoc Crystal ReportsTesting and collaboration with users for validationParticipation in sprint rituals and planning sessionsContribution to refinement of reporting requirementsOngoing maintenance of the report register
