Supply of a High-Level Disinfection (HLD) System for Ultrasound Probes, including Optional Post-Warranty Service and Maintenance, for the Emergency Department at Armadale Health Service

EMHS is seeking to establish a Head Agreement for the provision of: The supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and in-field validation of automated High-Level Disinfection (HLD) System(s) for ultrasound probes, including required starting accessories and/or starting consumables;Minimum twelve (12) months Warranty;Provision of initial and optional ongoing in-service clinical training and education for the users / operators, including the correct, safe, and efficient operation of the equipment;Provision of initial and optional ongoing technical training and education for technicians (biomedical engineers) in regard to first-line response for troubleshooting common technical issues, the correct use, routine cleaning, and safety precautions of the equipment in a clinical environment;Options for post-warranty service and maintenance for up to nine (9) years;Options to purchase additional accessories, durables, and information on consumable pricing for the offered automated HLD systems on an ad-hoc basis over the term of the Head Agreement; and Options to purchase additional automated HLD systems over the term of the Head Agreement. Initially, the purchase of one (1) automated HLD system is required for the Emergency Department (ED) at Armadale Health Service (AHS). Orders to purchase additional automated HLD systems will be placed on an as needed basis over the term of the Head Agreement, subject to operational requirements and budget availability.
