The Buyer to pay for access for the following councils to the WaterRIDE automated flood certificates engine and flood data management toolsets, together with fully hosted WaterRIDE cloud framework. To develop an outward facing (public) flood information framework to enhance access to usuable flood information by a range of stakeholders, being suitable for a range of end users including the general community, floodplain development professionals, emergency managers and integrate such with existing systems in use by the Councils.
