Daisy Hill State School Administration Roof Replacement (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Administration Roof Replacement at Daisy Hill State School, located at 20-50 Daisy Hill Road, Daisy Hill, QLD, 4127, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP).

The scope of works will include the roof replacement and re-pitch to one (1 no.) roof on the Administration building, as well as new gutters, downpipes and soffits. This project will require the safe removal of Asbestos Containing Material.

Works are to begin in the April School Holidays and to be completed by May 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
