Brisbane Central State School - Equitable Access & New Lift

Brisbane Central State School requires infrastructure upgrade to the existing walk ways, and new lift.

The Works generally comprise of the following:

• Demolition of the existing block work, the safe disconnection of services without interrupting the day to day working of the school, removal of all the old Epoxy flooring, to make way of the new construction works.

• Preparations of the site and construction of new lift.

• Installation of all new screening on walk way.

• Supply and installation of new covered walk ways.

• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction.

• Design and Construct contract applies to this tender.
