Description
The Army Ailan Community Assistance Programme 2025 (AACAP 2025) is a cooperative endeavour between the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), Australian Army, and in 2025 the Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA). The programme assists remote Indigenous Communities, improving health and living conditions while providing valuable training opportunities to the Australian Army.
Army will deliver AACAP 2025 to three remote islands in the Torres Strait: Erub (Darnley) Island, Poruma (Coconut) Island and Warraber (Sue) Islet (each an Island).
This procurement is for Design, Fabrication and Delivery Services of a Sporting shed structure to be constructed by Australian Army personnel on Poruma Island.
