Description
The purpose of the Invitation to Offer is to partner with the Office of State Revenue (OSR) in implementing a Brisbane
based solution for the delivery of an outbound mail and template management solution. This will include printing and the
distribution of all correspondence generated by the Principal’s SAP based Revenue Management System (RMS). In
addition to the delivery of outbound correspondence, all templates currently held within RMS will be stored by the
successful Offeror in a manner that can be managed and edited by the Principal via a portal solution provided by the
Offeror.
