Due to delays and scheduling difficulties as a result of Covid restrictions and NSW Health requirements. Additional work needs to be undertaken on the site for both the Aboriginal and Historical phases. The contaminated (Asbestos) condition of the site requiring additional training, at Liberty's request and specialist PPE to work on the contaminated areas. Unexpected finds in both the lower car park area (north) and adjacent to the substation. The requirement for open area salvage of the areas behind St. George's Terrace Please note this fee only includes work up to the end of the early works under Liberty Industrial and Haus Building Services. If field work moves into salvage work in the vicinity of the Willow Grove site than possible variation will be required on this contract.
