Teacher and Police Housing is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience to deliver a Design and Construct (D&C) package consisting of a single level, three to four (3-4) bedroom dwelling including two (2) bathrooms, a double lock up garage and associated site works on the vacant land at 5 Shaftesbury Avenue, Moree NSW 2400. The works are to be completed prior to 31 December 2025. The works can be completed through: - Conventional Construction; or Modern Methods of Construction
