Particulars
A direct negotiation to establish a new Health Administration Corporation (HAC) Standing Offer Agreement for the continuity of goods and services to cover the existing NSW Health Pathology West Rural and Regional regions for Chemistry Immunoassay testing processes. This new agreement will standardise agreed terms and conditions and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and allow time for NSW Health Pathology West Rural and Regional laboratories to complete their planned transition strategy.
