UNE Partnerships will partner with the University of New England (UNE) and SALT to co-design an evidence-based course to enable greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace, across trades and across industries. It is anticipated that the course will support diversity and inclusion issues related, at a minimum to gender, age, race, disability, sexuality, religion. The course will be co-designed to suit a vertical leadership team, from CEOs to existing and/or new workers and promote shared leadership of workplace diversity and inclusion strategies. It is suggested that learning will be delivered via a blended learning model (face-to-face and online). The design and implementation of an active action learning approach to embed learning into workplace NETM Education Providers Panel | Request for Quote WPCA-RSE-22-003 Page 2 of 17 policy and processes will serve to not only create the required practical strategies that promote a shared holistic understanding of workplace diversity and inclusion but sustain a positive culture in diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
