Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for Roof Replacement and Maintenance works at Sunnybank State High School, located at Boorman Street, Sunnybank QLD 4109 as part of the Refurbishment and Rectification program.
The works is spread across five different sites within Sunnybank SHS, with three buildings requiring full roof replacement and two roofs general maintenance to prevent leaks. All works are to be completed by end of January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
