Description

QBuild has issued an Expression Of Interest for the construction of the Kallangur Neighbourhood Centre.

The EOI is a 100% Non-Priced Criteria process being used to determine a Select List of tenderers for the construction project.

Eligible contractors will have the following PQC Registration:

  1. PQC Level 2 (or higher)
  2. Design and Construction Management (Lump Sum)
  3. Civic Community Centres
