Civil Contractor - Stage 19 and 20 - G3A and G3B - Fitzgibbon Chase Estate Fitzgibbon

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for the construction of Stage 19 and Stage 20 (also known as Area G3A and G3B) at Fitzgibbon Chase development, Fitzgibbon.

Works involves the production of residential allotments to be serviced by roadworks, retaining walls, stormwater drainage, water supply, FiSH and sewer reticulation.

Stages 19 and 20 will be constructed concurrently. The contractor is to provide one construction program for the project indicating in detail the manner in which the works are to be constructed. Works are expected to commence early April 2015. The program must also include an allowance of electrical, gas and telecommunication works.

Stage 19 involves approximately 13,000m3 of earthworks operations and the construction of 3,520m2 of road pavement area, 510 m of storm water drainage, 414 m of160 mm PE 100 sewer and 431 m of 100 mm, 150 mm and 200mm PVC water main.

Stage 20 involves approximately 3000m3 of earthworks operations and the construction of 2,346 m2 of road pavement area, 477 m of storm water drainage, 414 m of 160 mm PE 100 sewer and 345 m of 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm PVC water mains.
