Norfolk Village State School New Storage and OfficeSspaces (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the refurbishment within the main hall to create 2 x storage spaces and 1 x new office space within Norfolk Village State School. The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of the removal of internal window, minor concrete works for new office space, use of new light framing with lining on both internal and external walls, installation and connection of electrical and data works and painting to create:

• Creative office space for after hour care
• Lockable storage spaces

Site visit details: Recommended site visit on Tuesday 5th of October 2021 at 2:00pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Monday 4th October 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
