Principal Contractor - New Plant Room and AHUs for RBWH - Wattlebrae Stage 2

Metro North Health (MNH) invites all enterprises capable of executing the work, works and/or services to submit a Tender in response to ITT Number MNHHS116719 for the provision of Principal Contractor services for the provision of a new plant Room and AHUs for RBWH, Joyce Tweddell Building (B39), Infectious Diseases Ward - Wattlebrae, Stage 2.

Infectious Diseases Ward - Wattlebrae has eight existing Class N Isolation Rooms and eight existing Class S Isolation Rooms. The eight Class S were converted to negative pressure rooms by the addition of 16 exhaust fans in N+1 configuration.

The new plantroom and AHUs will provide additional supply air to eight of the sixteen negative pressure isolation rooms in infectious diseases ward.
