Mackay Regional Council (Council) is the owner of Lot 3 on SP143210, 218 Nebo Road, West Mackay, known as the South Sea Islander meeting hut (meeting hut), which is located in the Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens.
The area is made available for use via lease arrangements, with the successful lessee required to adhere to the guidelines pertaining to appropriate activities and conduct within the Botanic Gardens. These guidelines are current being finalised and will be made available to the successful lessee.
