Description
The Director of Housing is seeking Tenders for the provision of maintenance services by head contractors for the property portfolio of 11,050 properties in Northern and Southern Tasmania.
The Tender is for a range of maintenance works including tenant reported maintenance requirements, void property maintenance and planned maintenance.
Contractors will also be required to undertake a Property Assessment Survey in relation to the property portfolio.
The contract for the provision of maintenance services will commence on 1 July 2013 and expire on 30 June 2018. The contract will contain a provision to extend the contract beyond the initial five year term for a further three years.
