Description
Construction of a new 550 m2 Learning Centre Building at Freer Farm at Shorewell Park, Burnie as detailed in architectural design work provided as part of this RFT. The Centre will cater for face to face learning, online learning as well as industry demonstrations and events.
Works include construction of a new building over two levels, associated building services: Mechanical, Fire, Electrical, Data & Communications and External works: Carpark, Sewer, Stormwater, Potable Water.
