Description

The Department has a Load Effect Generator (LEG) that is integral to the assessment of vehicles in the Heavy Vehicle Access Management System. This LEG is a standalone executable file (.exe) written in Fortran. It has a series of well-defined and documented csv files that are both input into the application, and output from it containing load effects of vehicles as they travel across structural models representing structures (bridges) throughout the state.

The Department requires the services of a Supplier to Develop software in regards to the LEG interface.
