Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Modification and Upgrade Works at North Metropolitan TAFE - Balga Campus.
The purpose of this project is to complete the design and construction of the fit out / upgrade works of existing facilities at P and M Block at Balga Campus to enable ongoing learning requirements. The delivery methodology is intended as a “turnkey” operation for the Department of Training, Workforce and Development (DTWD). The scope of the documentation included in the Scope of Works has been prepared together with Appendices to achieve the following:
• To define the general scope and intent of the project as well as minimum standards required to be installed.
• To provide a basis upon which tendering can be assessed.
Works will need to occur over the December / January term break as to not affect the operation of site.
