Description
The Department of Communities’ (Communities) Service Delivery Housing operations is looking to undertake a review of workforce planning and modeling. To enable Communities to undertake this work, the agency is seeking a supplier to:
- Undertake the initial review of the current Housing staffing resourcing and service delivery model;
- Develop options that align with five “Priority Reform Areas”; and,
- Complete a Final Report with consideration of the activities required for implementation.
